Job summary

A leading food and beverage company seeks a New Business Administrator to support site investigations and maintain relationships with stakeholders. The role requires financial proficiency and 3+ years of administrative experience, with a preference for property leasing knowledge. Responsibilities include coordinating site visits, tracking projects, and assisting with financial processes. This position is based in South Africa, Gauteng, offering a full-time employment contract.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in an administrative support function.
  • Preferred experience in the property / leasing sector.

Responsibilities

  • Issue site investigation instructions and coordinate site visits.
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with Property Developers and Franchise Partners.
  • Track project progress and maintain related database information.
  • Process initial franchise enquiries and applications.
  • Compile presentations for stakeholders.
  • Manage status reports, purchase orders, and requests to invoice.
  • Control financial and development processes with the Debtors team.
  • Support tracking of performance against budgeted turnover.
  • Assist in tracking and closing development gaps.
  • Regular tracking and reporting of new business development performance.
  • Accurate maintenance of databases and financial tools.
