Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong technical knowledge of motors and variable speed drives.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel nationally.

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of local and international industrial markets.
  • Exposure to OEM and project-based sales environments.
  • Pre-sales product selection and after-sales support expertise.
  • Competence in preparing sales forecasts, call plans, and performance reports.
