Someone who can open doors, influence at executive level, and close complex, high-value SAP deals that deliver measurable business outcomes.As a SAP New Business Development Manager, you will lead strategic enterprise sales across the SAP suite, with an initial focus on SAP HCM and the opportunity to expand into additional SAP modules.

Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle for enterprise SAP solutions including SAP HCM, S / 4HANA, ERP, SuccessFactors, and Ariba.
  • Identify, develop, and close new enterprise business opportunities across diverse industries.
  • Lead tender submissions, proposals, and RFP processes to secure high-value contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers, positioning Adapt IT as a strategic partner.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned to growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with SAP partners and internal delivery teams to create tailored, value-driven solutions.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales and revenue targets through disciplined execution and strong client engagement.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is beneficial but not essential.
