Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As New Business Account Executive at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is not about spamming a list. It is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication, using tools like LinkedIn

Qualifications

2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
B2B sales with quota carrying preferred.
Strong written communication with personalized outreach.
Experience with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
Proficient in Salesforce and pipeline management.
Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilités

Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
Maintain clean Salesforce and SalesLoft records.
Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
