Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware : routers, switches, firewalls, access points.
- Provide onsite and remote support for ISP services : Fibre, Microwave, SD-WAN, MPLS, and mobile internet.
- Implement and support voice systems : SIP trunking, IP-PBX (3CX, Microsoft Teams telephony).
- Enforce security through firewall setup and coordination with managed cybersecurity tools.
- Integrate cloud connectivity (Azure, AWS, Private Cloud) into hybrid network environments.
- Monitor and resolve network issues using NOC and monitoring tools.
- Perform preventative maintenance, firmware upgrades, and patching.
- Provide customer support, configuration documentation, and escalate incidents per SLA.
- Assist with the design and implementation of network infrastructure projects.
- Travel to client sites to support physical installations and troubleshooting.
Requirements

Certifications : CCNA or equivalent, NFPA, 3CX Engineer, Azure Networking, Sophos / Trend Micro / SentinelOne.Experience with managed services for mid-sized to large clients.Knowledge of telecom ISP operations and resilience best practices (failover, redundancy).
