Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Intermediate Network Technician with 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in network support and administration. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in working with MikroTik hardware and a strong grasp of core networking principles. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, with a focus on MikroTik routers and switches.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues across LAN / WAN environments.
• Assist in the design and implementation of network solutions for new and existing infrastructure.
• Perform routine network maintenance and upgrades.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure network security and compliance with company policies.
• Document network configurations, changes, and procedures.
• Provide technical support to end-users and elevate complex issues when necessary.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 2–3 years of experience as a Network Technician or in a similar role.
• Code 8 drivers license.
• Hands‑on experience with MikroTik hardware and RouterOS.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, VPN, etc.).
