Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 15 years IT experience with at least 5 years in lead design in large projects.
• Experience in IT Solution Design / IT Operations / IT Outsourcing / IT Service Management.
• Architecture Certifications and computing technology certifications.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure operations and cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to plan and prioritize tasks and understand interdependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT Infrastructure Architecture Team.
• Develop and align Group IT Infrastructure Architecture with business strategy.
• Map solutions across divisions and validate proposed systems.
• Develop architectural frameworks and policies for the group.
• Identify new technologies and evaluate value to the company.
• Set infrastructure standards and act as technical authority for investments.
