About the Role

Are you a proactive Project Manager who thrives in dynamic environments and brings clarity to complexity? We’re looking for a Managed Services Project Manager to join our award‑winning NetSuite Partner, MacroFin.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our Managed Service team, where no two projects are the same. From urgent client requests to long‑term strategic initiatives, you’ll bring structure, consistency, and calm to fast‑moving situations. You’ll manage a portfolio of varied client projects—ranging from small enhancements to complex multi‑stream initiatives—while also leading internal improvement projects that help us evolve how we deliver our service. You’ll play a key role in promoting the Managed Service offering to clients not yet on it, helping them see the value of ongoing support and strategic partnership.

Day to Day, You Can Expect to
  • Lead and coordinate a diverse range of client projects within the Managed Service portfolio
  • Bring structure to ambiguous or fast‑changing project scopes
  • Manage internal improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and service delivery
  • Support sales conversations by articulating the value of Managed Services to prospective clients
  • Monitor and communicate project budgets and timelines
  • Handle escalations and stakeholder communications with confidence
  • Drive consistency and process improvement across Managed Services
  • Collaborate with consultants and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
About You

As a Project Manager, you’ll be an organised, adaptable individual with a mind for finding solutions to problems. You’ll have top‑notch communication skills and be comfortable working autonomously – for us, it’s all about trust.

Qualifications
  • To be able to lead a project from inception to close
  • Use the project management tools available to lead, control and monitor the project
  • Understand when to adapt processes to support the client, SoW / timeline
  • Proven experience in identifying risks & issues and put in place structures to mitigate or remove risks
  • Understand the key elements of a project, their impact to the timeline and can adjust accordingly
  • Emotional intelligence, able to relate to the pressures of both internal and external stakeholders to get the best out of all team members
  • Stakeholder management, leading conversations with stakeholders at all levels of the project team, understanding the needs of each
  • Ideally has some experience with Salesforce / NetSuite
  • Project management knowledge – completed Prince2 / PMP or equivalent Project Management certification
