Join a growing telecommunications technology team in Alberton, Johannesburg, where you’ll lead talented developers in building robust, scalable, and high-performance systems that power mission-critical telecoms solutions.

We’re looking for an experienced .NET Team Lead with a strong technical foundation and a background in the telecoms industry, ideally within Fibre Network Operator (FNO) or Mobile Network Operator (MNO) environments.
This role combines hands‑on software development with system design, architectural leadership, and team mentorship.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in .NET development (C#, .NET Core/5+).
• Proven experience in systems design and architecture (Microservices, SOA).
• Leadership experience – mentoring, guiding, and managing development teams.
• Experience working in Telecoms (FNO/MNO) environments.
• Deep understanding of Prepaid Airtime Systems and related integrations.
• BSc in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
• Exposure to front-end frameworks (Angular, React) is advantageous.
• Knowledge of telecoms protocols (e.g., Diameter, SMPP, REST, SOAP).
