A fast-growing Field Network Operations (FNO) company specializing in the design, deployment is seeking a .NET Team Lead. This role requires a blend of hands‑on coding, technical leadership, systems design expertise, and a solid understanding of core telecoms systems, especially Prepaid Airtime Systems.

Skills Required

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in .NET development.
• Expert knowledge of the .NET framework/Core/5+ (C#).
• Expert proficiency with MS SQL Server for design, development, and optimization.
• Proven experience in systems design and architecture (e.g., Microservices, SOA).
• Prior experience in a Team Lead or senior developer role with mentoring responsibilities.
• Direct experience working within the FNO/MNO industry or on projects related to these sectors.
• Solid understanding of Prepaid Airtime System workflows and integrations.
• Education (Preferred): B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
• Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a bonus.
