Placements24 is seeking a skilled Mobile Application Developer to enhance our client's native apps for iOS and Android in Paarl. This hybrid role covers feature development, performance optimization, and a smooth user experience across devices, collaborating with design and backend teams from concept to deployment.

You will work with Swift/Objective-C and Kotlin/Java, use Xcode and Android Studio, and apply best practices in UI/UX and agile development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering, or equivalent.
• 3+ years native mobile development (iOS and/or Android).
• Proficiency in Swift/Objective-C and Kotlin/Java.
• Experience with mobile SDKs, Xcode, Android Studio.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and Git; agile methods.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test native mobile apps for iOS and Android.
• Collaborate with designers to implement intuitive interfaces.
• Integrate apps with backend services and APIs.
• Optimize performance, memory, and battery usage.
