Job summary

Red Ember Recruitment is seeking a National Warehouse Distribution Manager for our client in Johannesburg. The role will oversee and optimise the national distribution network, driving efficiency across warehouses and stores.

You will lead strategic planning, logistics coordination, and stock management while monitoring performance and ensuring effective management of 3PL partners and large teams. This role requires exceptional leadership and a track record of implementing scalable processes

Qualifications

• 8–10 years' minimum experience in warehouse and distribution management.
• At least 5 years' experience in a senior management role overseeing multiple warehouse locations.
• Proven experience managing national warehouse and distribution operations.
• Strong experience in inventory management, logistics, and fleet management.
• Experience managing 3PL partnerships and service providers.
• Experience leading large operational teams across multiple sites.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving efficiencies.

Responsibilities
