Overview

Own the full supply chain across multiple sites. Guide warehousing transport inventory procurement and cross-border logistics. Lift service levels control cost and keep operations compliant.

What you will do
  • Set the operations plan with budgets forecasts and capex priorities.
  • Run warehouses to standard. Fix bottlenecks. Improve layout throughput picking accuracy and space use.
  • Direct national distribution. Manage 3PLs. Improve routing and delivery tracking. Hold freight costs to target.
  • Govern inventory. Set replenishment rules including MOQ and EBQ. Lead cycle counts. Triage aging stock and write-offs.
  • Own data and systems. Keep WMS and ERP aligned. Secure clean data. Publish daily KPIs and practical dashboards.
  • Source logistics services and consumables. Rate suppliers on cost quality and delivery. Control landing costs and FX exposure.
  • Oversee imports and exports. Ensure smooth customs clearance. Manage freight forwarders to SLA.
  • Build a strong team. Coach leaders. Drive continuous improvement. Plan succession.
  • Protect the operation. Meet audit standards. Maintain continuity and site security.

  • Lower cost to serve in freight and warehousing.
  • Accurate stock records and healthy turns.
  • Zero tolerance on legal labour and safety gaps.
  • Clear daily goals with visible KPIs.
What you bring
  • Completed Degree in Supply Chain Industrial Engineering or Business.
  • At least 8 10 yrs experience leading multi-site or national supply chain teams.
  • Proven gains in warehouse and inventory performance.
  • Hands-on use of WMS ERP and BI tools such as Power BI Excel Cubes or SQL.
  • Working knowledge of international trade and customs.
  • Lean or Six Sigma exposure supports the edge needed for this role.
