  • Technical Tertiary qualification essential
  • Sales or Marketing qualification is an advantage
  • Ability to manage and motivate the sales team.
  • Unafraid of operating within a highly competitive market.
  • Be able to deal with basic technical challenges associated with the industry.
  • Experience in preparing budgets and KPIs for the team
  • Ability to compile and understand financial reports.
  • Communication skills – written and verbal – essential
