Responsibilities :
- Plans for and implements actions required to achieve and exceed the budgeted revenue targets of the company whilst controlling the cost of sales expenses.
- Build new relationships and monitor the health of existing ones to ensure the company maximises the benefits of these relationships.
- Deploying effective sales methods, procedures and processes to ensure the successful and sustainable development of the business and utilising an innovative approach to enhance these methods when required.
- Fulfills all required human resource functions and assumed responsibility for personal development.
- Verbal / written warnings are required when necessary
- The job involves working long hoursper the applicable legislation, as the sales function requires.
- You will need to perform duties outside of regular business hours if you need to.
- You will be required to travel for sales business trips.
