The ideal candidate must possess a robust background in manufacturing or production.

Duties & Responsibilities

• implement effective processes and procedures across the organization.
• formulating strategies, enhancing performance, procuring resources, and ensuring compliance.
• mentoring team members, enhancing customer service quality, and promoting best practices at all levels.
• ensuring the factories maintain compliance, efficiency, and profitability.
• piling and implementing documented Standard Operating Procedures.
• overseeing operations across three factories.
• enhancing operational systems and processes.
• managing inventory and efficiency.
• ensuring legal compliance.
• setting strategic objectives.
• maintaining quality controls.
• supervising staff.
