Duties & Responsibilities

• The primary responsibility of the National Operations Manager is to implement effective processes and procedures across the organization.
• Formulate strategies, enhance performance, procure resources, and ensure compliance.
• Mentor team members, enhance customer service quality, and promote best practices at all levels.
• Ensure factories maintain compliance, efficiency, and profitability.
• Piling and implementing documented Standard Operating Procedures.
• Oversee operations across three factories.
