Key Responsibilities
- Overall management of HR and Talent functions, including recruitment, learning & development, compensation & benefits, employee and industrial relations, and payroll.
- Develop and oversee robust recruitment processes, reviewing job descriptions, managing advertising, candidate selection, and onboarding documentation.
- Implement HR and talent strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Advise and coach management on leadership, performance, change, and transformation.
- Handle HR policy, discipline, grievances, contracts, training, performance appraisals, and succession planning.
- Prepare and deliver HR reports to executives; provide insights on HR initiatives.
- Manage compliance with HR legislation and update policies as required.
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and recognition programmes.
- Conduct remuneration reviews, manage disciplinary actions, retrenchments, and legal matters.
- Maintain systems for learning, development, and employee performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (Labour Law qualification essential)
- Minimum 10 years' HR management experience
- Extensive knowledge of labour legislation and payroll systems (VIP Premier)
- Code 8 Driver’s License
- Strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Computer literate, meticulous, deadline-driven, and proactive
