Job summary

Pedros Chicken is seeking a National General Manager – Distribution Centres to lead the group’s DC network, ensuring reliable, cost-effective, safe and scalable supply to stores. You will own end-to-end DC operations across Receiving, Warehouse, Inventory, Production, Logistics and Transport, drive capacity planning, governance and continuous improvement, and build a high-performance leadership team.

This role shapes growth through expansion of DC facilities, technology roadmaps, and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive distribution/logistics leadership experience.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles such as General Manager or Head of DC Operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute national distribution strategy.
• Lead end-to-end DC operations across Receiving, Production, Warehouse, Inventory and Logistics.
• Oversee inbound receiving and supplier delivery performance.
• Ensure production, warehouse layout and material flow efficiency.
• Maintain food safety, quality and regulatory standards.
• Lead and develop national DC leadership and teams.
• Drive Lean, automation and continuous improvement.
