Placements24 is seeking a diligent Infrastructure Civil Engineer to join our team in Vereeniging. The role focuses on the development and maintenance of municipal water, sewer, roads, and urban infrastructure within Gauteng, from conception to completion.

You will conduct site inspections, prepare design calculations and drawings, oversee construction phases, and coordinate with local authorities and contractors to ensure regulatory compliance and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Min 4 years in municipal or infrastructure engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD and basic project management tools.
• Understanding SA municipal service standards and regulations.
• Ability to conduct site inspections and supervise construction.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage infrastructure projects, including water, sanitation, and road networks.
• Prepare design calculations, drawings, and specifications for municipal infrastructure.
• Oversee the construction and implementation phases of infrastructure projects.
• Conduct site assessments and ensure compliance with project plans and regulations.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including local authorities and contractors.
