You will cross-skill across products, manage customer cases, and identify opportunities to upsell while driving loyalty and retention in a regulated environment. The role requires matric and a degree, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Matric essential.
• A Degree or higher.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Must be team oriented.
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate i.e. MS Office and good typing skills.
• Sound knowledge of Old Mutual systems (BANCS/Bizagi/Outlook/CMOS).

Responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless, professional, and customer-centric experience across multiple touchpoints.
• Cross-skill and provide multi-channel support across products, services, and business units.
• Identify customer needs and proactively recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Manage customer cases from initiation to resolution with timely updates and SLAs.
• Build long-term relationships, promote loyalty and retention initiatives.
• Identify process improvements and provide feedback to enhance experience and operations.
• Maintain high quality and productivity in all interactions.
• Complete administrative activities accurately within turnaround times.
