You will manage production schedules, book recordings, supervise interns, and ensure broadcast‑ready sound. The role requires a National Diploma in sound engineering or related field, strong Sesotho and English language skills, and the ability to work under pressure

Qualifications

National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in sound engineering or related discipline.
Above average proficiency in Sesotho and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

Conceptualize, script, and produce station imaging including jingles and promos for multi‑platform use.
Prepare briefs for station brand and imaging campaigns.
Identify voices to create unique and up‑to‑date imaging.
Receive bookings and coordinate recordings, ensuring equipment and facilities are ready.
Assist in planning and production of station promos and imaging elements.
Ensure optimal sound mix and adherence to broadcasting standards.
Maintain timely production administration and scheduling.
Monitor technical quality and resolve faults to support broadcasts.
Provide guidance on equipment use and quality control to enhance outputs.
Produce weekly/monthly imaging reports on milestones and challenges.
