Job summary

Red Ember Recruitment is seeking a Multimedia Designer to craft high-quality, visually engaging content that aligns with client brand identities across digital platforms, supporting marketing, communication, and campaign objectives.

Key responsibilities include creating videos, animations, graphics, infographics, and web visuals; collaborating with the Creative Manager for brand consistency; and developing content for websites, social channels, campaigns, and presentations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related creative discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a multimedia design role.
• A strong, demonstrable portfolio showcasing a variety of multimedia work (video, animation, digital design).

Responsibilities

• Design and produce multimedia assets, including videos, animations, graphics, infographics, and digital visuals.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Manager and broader creative team to ensure brand consistency and creative alignment.
• Develop engaging content for websites, social media platforms, digital campaigns, and presentations.
• Create multimedia presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Edit, optimise, and adapt video and image content for performance, quality, and platform specifications.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in multimedia design and recommend innovative creative approaches.
