Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Multimedia Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design software.
• Strong graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing skills with a portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and brand consistency.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and create a wide variety of digital and print assets, including social media content, online and print advertising materials, and content for TV displays in retail locations.
• Utilize graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing skills to create visually compelling content that aligns with clients' brand identities and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to ensure visual content supports and enhances campaign goals and audience engagement.
• Manage the complete design process from conceptualization to delivery for a variety of projects.
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and design tools, incorporating them into design work where appropriate.
• Provide multimedia design support for various company-wide initiatives and events.
• Participate in project briefs and review sessions, providing design insights and recommendations.
• Prepare files for digital publication and/or print as needed, ensuring assets meet technical specifications.
