Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in multimedia design experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and 3D software (Cinema4D, Maya etc.).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling, 3D animation and motion design
  • Experience with AI-assisted creative tools for image generation, video editing, animation, and asset enhancement.
  • Experienced in AI and Data Analytics
  • Proven experience leading and inspiring creative teams.
  • Experience in a financial services, retail, agency environment or in-house creative preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Design, animate, and produce marketing assets for digital, print, motion, and experiential channels.
  • Develop 3D animation, motion graphics, and video content for campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with the brand campaigns lead translate campaign briefs into creative solutions.
  • Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries to drive engagement and differentiation.
  • Ability to produce content optimized for social media, web, digital media, and print.
  • Understanding of brand strategy, marketing objectives, and how creative work drives business results.
