Purpose of the Role

To create visually compelling and engaging multimedia content that reflects Ideation Digital's brand identity and supports its marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce digital assets, including videos, animations, graphics, and infographics, for use across platforms.
• Collaborate with the Creative Manager to ensure consistency in branding and design.
• Create engaging multimedia presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop interactive content for the website, social media, and digital campaigns.
• Edit and optimize videos and images for performance and quality.
• Stay updated on multimedia design trends and recommend innovative approaches.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (required).
• 3+ years of experience in multimedia design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and other design and animation tools.
• Knowledge of web design principles and familiarity with HTML / CSS is a plus.
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
