About The Role

We're hiring a Multimedia Designer to work on one of our leading client accounts - an American celebrity spirits brand - with engaging on-brand content across digital platforms. You'll create a range of content from highly creative assets to polished, light-editing deliverables that elevate the brand and engage audiences. This role blends graphic design and video editing in a way that feels natural. You will design and deliver print and experiential materials such as trade advocacy flyers and event collateral, while also producing paid social graphics, website/email assets, and edited short‑form video content. You'll need to be comfortable jumping between light editing and full creative execution, ensuring all work reflects the brand's premium positioning.

What You'll Do
  • Design digital and print assets for paid and organic social media, website components, and email campaigns
  • Follow the brand's elements using the brand guide, creative examples, and their brand agency briefs to create content for use on multiple platforms
  • Edit and produce short‑form video content for social media, influencer campaigns, and paid ads
  • Create experiential materials, trade advocacy flyers, and other offline or hybrid assets
  • Work with the brand's Creative Director and Keen Copywriter (also on the team) to work through briefs on a daily basis
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters and marketers in different time zones to ensure cohesive messaging and visual storytelling
  • Maintain consistency across all channels, balancing creative flair with brand guidelines
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, from light formatting and editing to full creative design
  • Deliver final files using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or video platforms like Premiere or After Effects
Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in multimedia with graphic design & video editing experience
  • Portfolio showing both design (social ads, digital & print) and short‑form video content, highlighting a range from simple edits to fully creative campaigns
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere), CapCut, and Figma
  • Experience designing and editing content for paid social campaigns, influencer collaborations, web platforms and print
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with an eye for composition, typography, color, and branding
  • Comfortable working independently and in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
  • Experience with experiential or trade materials is a plus
  • Familiarity with branding for luxury or consumer goods is desirable
  • Comfortable working with alcohol/spirits brands
