  • The Role
  • This role is best suited to someone who thrives on behind-the-scenes process improvement, numbers, and structure; not day-to-day restaurant or catering management.
  • This is not a hospitality or events management role.

Instead, the focus is on building scalable operations, maintaining financial discipline, and implementing systems that enable a growing business to thrive.

As Operations Manager, you'll be the senior architect of structure and efficiency across multiple food service sites.

You’ll design and implement SOPs, oversee budgets and cost controls, and ensure the business scales sustainably while staying true to its mission of health and wellness.

Minimum Requirements

5–7 years’ operations management experience in a scaling business (food, FMCG, or related sectors).

Track record of designing and embedding SOPs and compliance frameworks. Strong financial acumen : budgeting, menu costing, stock and labour control. Proven ability to reduce cost variances and tighten financial controls. Excellent leadership and communication skills; experience leading diverse teams of 20+.

Tech‑savvy

Comfortable with tools such as ClickUp, Google Workspace, or MS Office. Own car essential. A genuine passion for healthy, sustainable food is non‑negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

Systems & Structure : Build replicable SOPs, compliance frameworks, and scalable operating models. Financial Oversight : Manage budgets, costing, stock, and supplier negotiations; reduce stock losses below 3%.

Team Development

Recruit, mentor, and hold managers accountable; build a high-performance culture. Client Satisfaction : Maintain relationships with corporate and school clients, ensuring service excellence. Growth Enablement : Prepare the business for expansion and possible franchising while staying aligned to the Employer's ethospetencies.
