Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an HR Generalist role.
  • Sound knowledge of South African labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support to employees and management across all business units.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
  • Assist with payroll inputs, leave administration, and benefits coordination.

Skills

National Diploma or Degree in HR Management
