Job summary

Eskom invites graduates to join its Graduate In Training programme at Kriel Power Station in Mpumalanga. Selected candidates will receive structured on-the-job training across multiple departments including Finance, HR, Procurement, and Safety & Environment.

You will apply academic knowledge to real-world challenges, support departmental operations, and learn Eskom's policies and safety standards while contributing to the plant's objectives.

Qualifications

• Fully completed degree or equivalent in Finance, HR, Procurement, Safety & Environment or related fields.
• South African citizenship is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured on-the-job training across departments (HR, Finance, Procurement, or Safety & Environment).
• Support departmental operations by assisting with administrative tasks, reporting, and process implementation.
• Apply academic knowledge to solve workplace challenges and improve efficiency.
• Comply with Eskom policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to support power station objectives.
