Retail Media Account Manager

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Build and maximize value from existing group relationships
  • Attract new brands, agencies, and advertisers directly
  • Design and execute group advertising campaigns for suppliers/sellers
  • Customize advertising campaigns for high‑value clients
  • Gather design assets and schedule campaigns in the marketing calendar
  • Oversee billing, payment, and campaign tracking reports
  • Create and communicate campaign execution portfolios
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Leverage insights and innovations to reach target audiences through retail media
  • Utilize flexible pricing/buying models (self‑service, managed, programmatic)
  • Act as a strategic partner delivering solutions aligned to business objectives
  • Maintain high client retention rate and achieve strong client satisfaction scores
  • Achieve high campaign success rate and deliver campaigns on‑time and within budget
  • Drive quarterly increases in platform registrations and achieve strong monthly active user engagement
  • Complete annual professional development requirements and propose new service improvements and innovations
  • Drive quarterly client review sessions focused on retail media performance optimization and strategic growth planning
