Purpose of Role

To strategically execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives. This role focuses on ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time, reach the target audience effectively, and align with the overall marketing strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Ensure effective campaign planning, execution and improving advertising performance.
  • Manage the full life cycle involvement in digital advertising campaigns from enquiry stage to campaign completion.
Campaign Execution
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement and deliver successful digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as social media, search engines, and email.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and adjustments to improve effectiveness and ROI.
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Serve as a link between creative, technical, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
Brand Awareness & Engagement
  • Assist in building brand visibility and engaging the target audience through well-targeted, impactful campaigns.
Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Leverage analytics and reporting tools to assess campaign results and inform future strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure the organisation remains competitive in the digital space.
Compliance & Standards
  • Ensure all campaigns adhere to branding guidelines, legal regulations, and platform policies.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Marketing/Advertising
  • At least 1‑3 years digital campaign management experience is a prerequisite
