Qualifications

• Experience in mould design within a Toolroom environment.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks.
• Strong understanding of blow and injection moulding processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop moulds for the production of rigid plastic products.
• Oversee entire projects from initial concept through to industrialisation.
• Create components according to briefs and provide guidance on material selection and functionality.
• Oversee mould trials and furnish all necessary information to trial personnel.
• Engage in the sourcing of mould components.
• Work closely with toolmakers throughout all stages of mould manufacturing.
• Address and resolve component and mould issues.
• Lead various technical projects aimed at improving the toolroom and production processes.
