Your main task is to make sure every customer's service experience is smooth and efficient.

You'll handle everything from scheduling appointments and managing service requests to keeping customers informed about their vehicle's progress. You'll also play a key role in maintaining accurate records and helping the service team deliver high‑quality work. Main Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and emails from customers quickly and professionally.
  • Schedule service appointments and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Coordinate service requests with workshop technicians and ensure timely completion of all work.
  • Update customers on the progress of their vehicle services or repairs.
  • Assist with billing and invoicing to ensure smooth financial transactions.
  • Handle complaints with professionalism and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Keep detailed and organized records of all service transactions.
  • Support the dealership's administrative functions such as job cards, invoices, and warranty claims.
  • Ensure all customer details and vehicle data are recorded correctly and consistently.
  • Help the dealership maintain high industry standards for customer service and process accuracy.
Qualifications
  • Matric Certificate or NQF Level 42–3 years of experience in the automotive service industry.
  • Strong administrative and customer service background.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
  • Basic technical understanding of vehicles (essential).
  • Additional language will be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with OEM systems and procedures.
  • Numeracy skills for handling quotations, invoices, and cost estimates.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
  • Having OEM Group South Africa product knowledge will make you a stronger candidate for the role.
