Qualifications

• Matric essential.
• Technical qualification in Electrical Engineering advantageous.
• Proven experience in technical sales (electric motors, drives, or industrial equipment essential).
• Strong understanding of electric motors, gearboxes, and industrial applications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver’s licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell motors, gearboxes, and related industrial products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Identify new business opportunities within the Johannesburg region.
• Provide technical advice and product support to clients.
• Prepare and submit quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct client visits and site assessments.
• Liaise with internal technical, logistics, and support teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reporting.
