A highly regarded UK law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its specialist Fraud team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a senior-level position at a firm known for its innovation, technical excellence, and commitment to client service within the insurance litigation space.

The Role

The successful candidate will take a leading role in managing a varied and complex caseload of fraudulent claims, including but not limited to:

• Motor fraud
• Employers' and public liability (EL/PL) fraud
• Staged/contrived accidents
• Organised fraud rings

You'll also:

• Supervise and mentor junior colleagues
• Provide strategic advice to insurer clients
• Contribute to business development and the ongoing growth of the fraud offering
• Handle litigation strategy and trial preparation for technically complex matters

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years PQE with a strong background in insurance fraud litigation (claimant or defendant)
• Demonstrable experience managing complex cases with minimal supervision
• Strong leadership capabilities and a collaborative approach
• Commercially minded, with an ability to provide strategic value to insurer clients
• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude to file strategy and cost control
