Qualifications

• Grade 12 / SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential).
• 1+ year Financial Services industry experience (Essential); Call Centre Experience (Essential).
• 1+ year Claims Experience (Advantageous).
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in a Customer Service environment (Advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Customer Management: manage customer requests and provide standard assistance.
• Data Collection & Analysis: gather data from sources, analyse it and support claim decisions.
• Work Scheduling and compliance: organise work to meet SLA and conditions.
• Administration: update and provide best-practice support to customers and systems.
• Correspondence: respond to routine requests via phone or email.
• Document Management: maintain files and prepare claim documentation.
