About TalentPop

TalentPop is the recognized leader in providing high-performance virtual assistance to the world's fastest-growing E-commerce brands. We are scaling our video and motion creative delivery model and are seeking a dedicated Motion Graphics Training Specialist to ensure every dynamic asset—from short-form video ads and social media clips to animated product features—created by our Virtual Assistants (VAs) meets the highest technical and artistic standards.

This role requires an expert video editor and motion graphic artist who is also an exceptional trainer, focused on developing and delivering scalable, high-impact instructional programs across our remote workforce.

Special Offer: $500 USD Sign-On Bonus

We are committed to finding the best talent. A $500 USD sign-on bonus will be paid upon successful completion of your 90-day introductory period.

The Role: Training, Curriculum Development, and Skill Mastery

You will be responsible for defining the video and motion graphics instruction that sets the gold standard for our E-commerce creative talent.

  • Curriculum Development: Design, manage, and continuously update training modules, hands‑on projects, and instructional materials focused on achieving high-conversion motion graphic standards (e.g., pacing, kinetic typography, smooth transitions, mobile video optimization, and format specifications).
  • Instructional Delivery: Lead engaging and effective virtual training sessions, workshops, and one‑on‑one coaching sessions to mentor VAs toward technical and creative mastery in motion graphics and video editing.
  • Video Certification: Develop and execute a mandatory Motion Graphics Certification Program for all new hires and current VAs, utilizing practical assessment scores and video rubrics to determine readiness for client video work.
  • Skill Gap Intervention: Partner with Operations and Client Success to analyze video performance and client feedback. Use this data to identify systemic skill deficiencies and immediately deploy targeted coaching and training interventions.
  • Tool Standardization: Lead advanced workshops on Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and foundational Audition (for sound design), emphasizing efficient rendering, project organization, and template creation.
Required Profile: The Expert Video & Motion Trainer

We need a professional who can not only produce exceptional motion work but also codify that excellence into repeatable, scalable training processes for a remote team.

  • Professional Motion Experience: 3+ years of hands‑on professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, or a digital post‑production role, with a strong emphasis on E-commerce video advertising and dynamic asset delivery. A strong video and motion portfolio is required.
  • Instructional Expertise: 2+ years of formal experience in developing, managing, and delivering technical training or Learning & Development (L&D) programs, preferably to a remote or BPO workforce.
  • Process Mindset: Proven ability to create lesson plans, rubrics, and Standardized Operating Procedures (SOPs) for dynamic creative tasks.
  • Adobe Video Mastery (Non‑Negotiable): Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is mandatory. Working knowledge of foundational graphic design tools (Photoshop/Illustrator) is required for asset integration.
Technical Readiness (Mandatory)

A dedicated home office setup capable of handling demanding video rendering and motion graphics software is required:

  • Internet: A stable, wired internet connection (30 Mbps minimum preferred).
  • Hardware: PC/Laptop capable of running demanding video editing software: Minimum Core i7 / Ryzen 7 equivalent with 32 GB RAM preferred.
Compensation and Perks
  • Highly competitive salary and performance-based annual bonuses.
  • $500 USD Sign-On Bonus.
  • Comprehensive health coverage and a generous Paid Time Off (PTO) package.
  • Permanent remote work setup.
  • Dedicated budget for continuous professional development, software licenses, and certifications.
  • Clear pathways for advancement into specialized L&D or Technical Management roles.
If you are a talented motion artist ready to train and elevate the video skills of a global team of E-commerce creative Virtual Assistants, we encourage you to apply.
