Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking detail-driven, process-focused individuals to join our new Keying Department. This team is responsible for accurately capturing and processing mortgage application data at pace.

This role is purely back office and requires individuals who thrive in a structured, high-volume, accuracy critical environment.

The individual will be responsible for:

  • Accurately key new mortgage applications into external systems within agreed turnaround times.
  • Review supporting documents (income, ID, bank statements) and ensure data matches application fields.
  • Maintain strict adherence to data accuracy standards
  • Ensure all updates are logged and acknowledged in CRM systems.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider mortgage team to ensure cases move smoothly through the pipeline.
  • Contribute to maintaining departmental SLA targets for speed, accuracy, and error resolution.
Person Specification
  • The individual should have knowledge of the UK property market and an understanding of mortgages.
  • Demonstrated ability in data entry, document checking, and high-volume processing.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
  • Comfortable working in a structured, repetitive role with clear KPIs.
