Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Money Market Accounts by effectively communicating benefits and features to potential customers.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by proactively seeking new opportunities and converting leads into account holders.
- Utilise remote work and various communication channels to maximise sales opportunities.
- Attend client meetings, conferences, and events to support sales initiatives.
- Perform well under pressure and maintain focus to achieve targets.
- Use technology tools and platforms for sales activities and CRM management.
- Follow all sales processes to ensure best‑in‑class customer experience.
- Maintain accuracy of product and service information.
- Deliver superior customer experience measured through feedback.
- Address all customer enquiries professionally.
- Provide ongoing feedback and new ideas to improve the customer experience.
- Keep product knowledge current and relevant.
Qualifications
Experience
- +2 years of sales experience in retail, banking, or insurance sectors.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Experience with Monday.com CRM platform.
- Technological proficiency and adaptability to new tools.
- Flexibility to travel on short notice and work weekends if required.
- Owns a personal smartphone for work communication and tasks.
