Our client is a premier global talent management company, specializing in discovering and developing models and content creators. They are expanding their roster and are building a dedicated outreach team to identify the next generation of talent.

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Talent Outreach Specialists to join a new, high-energy team. Your primary mission will be to proactively identify and reach out to potential models on social media platforms, inviting them to apply to our client's exclusive roster. This is a volume-driven role focused on cold outreach and initial engagement, serving as the first point of contact for new talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactive Sourcing : Use social media platforms (primarily Instagram) to identify and source potential models based on specific criteria provided by the management team (e.g., follower count, aesthetic, content style).
  • Cold Outreach : Execute a high volume of personalized, cold outreach messages to potential talent daily, introducing them to our client's opportunity.
  • Lead Nurturing : Engage in initial conversations, answer basic questions, and build interest with potential applicants.
  • Application Funneling : Direct qualified and interested individuals to the official application portal.
  • Pipeline Management : Meticulously track all outreach, conversations, and handovers using the company's CRM system.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the acquisition team by smoothly handing over warm leads who have completed the application process.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in cold outreach, lead generation, or a similar sales / recruitment role.
  • Excellent written English communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive messages.
  • High level of comfort and proficiency with social media platforms, especially Instagram.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage a high volume of daily tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate tracking and reporting.
  • No prior experience in the talent management industry is required; training on criteria and messaging will be provided.

Logistics & Terms

  • The contract is month-to-month, ideal for a project-based initiative.
  • This is a permanent work-from-home position.
