Job Purpose
To ensure that targeted business benefits to be derived from the mobile solution are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Business Process Management
- Liaise with Mobile Solutions team to refine business processes.
- Ensure accurate callage as per call cycle.
Information and Data Management
- Ensure accurate capturing of data onto application to ensure efficient reporting for business decisions.
- Ensure effective communication to Mobile teams.
- Share relevant data with management teams to enable reliable business decision making.
- Identify opportunities for improving on systems / processes related to the system.
- Similarly highlight areas for concern and address with relevant managers.
Administration
- Ensure accuracy of call cycle and timeous completion of tasks.
- Compile ad hoc spreadsheets when required.
- Process documents for inter-company charge outs.
Team Coordination and Self-Management
- Take ownership and accountability for tasks and activities and demonstrate effective self-management in terms of planning, prioritizing and self-development.
- Follow through to ensure that quality and productivity standards of work are consistently and accurately maintained.
- Inform relevant parties in the event of tasks or deadlines not met, the potential risks thereof and provide appropriate resolution.
- Support and drive the business core values.
- Champion training and development of self and others through utilizing available training opportunities or contributing to the development of new training solutions in collaboration with national training specialists.
- Participate in and drive regular performance appraisals and ensure that own targets and goals are clear and achievable.
- Maintain a basic appreciation and awareness of employee relations climate and ensure corrective action is taken where required in line with relevant legislation and company policy.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required for the Job
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of a relevant post matric certificate or 1 year qualification.
- Understanding of how to navigate a smart phone will be beneficial.
- Understand how to navigate within a cell phone application.
- Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience.
