Responsibilities

• Customer service: assist clients with opening accounts and answering betting queries.
• Drive daily activations and sales through product demonstrations and explanations to encourage purchases.
• Drive mobile marketing campaigns to sign up new online accounts.
• Maintain records of sales activities and report progress to management daily.
• Promote the Hollywoodbets mobile brand in outlets, events, and promotions.
• Assist customers with submitting FICA documents when opening new accounts (Clear ID).
• Ensure customers use signup bonuses and know how to bet via the mobile app.
