Job description

Mobile Full Stack Engineer

Bridge Carbon LLC is a London-based international carbon project developer committed to building a world-class carbon finance organization that defines the standards for quality, integrity, and transparency across the voluntary carbon markets.

The Company utilizes best-in-class carbon methodologies, as well as third-party digital monitoring, reporting, and verification (dMRV) processes to ensure that every ton of carbon credits created can be traced directly to reductions achieved by the Company’s carbon removal activities.

In this role, you will participate in the architecture, design, and development of end-to-end application services. Your primary responsibility will focus on the interaction of our mobile application and API services through full stack development.

You will be part of a team of engineers that support global operations for the company, including mobile applications, public web applications, desktop applications, and internal microservices.

You will have the freedom to evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies and solutions to meet the needs of the company.

You don’t have all the answers, but you know where to look and how to efficiently evaluate solutions against stakeholder requirements.

Working with your new IT team, we will ensure modern data privacy and security standards are incorporated into, deployed throughout, and monitored in our architecture.

You will have support from your team and manager and direct input into timelines and feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Identify technical problems / issues and areas for improvement
• Research and propose technical solutions to business problems

• Work with and deliver to stakeholders with oversight of senior IT staff
• Maintain internal technical documentation for technical staff

Requirements

• 5+ years experience with Flutter and mobile development
• 3+ years experience with C# and ASP.NET
• 3+ years experience developing and deploying in AWS
• Experience with Entity Framework ORM
• Experience designing, building, and deploying APIs in enterprise production environments
• Experience with React, Angular, or JavaScript
• Experience in TypeScript (preferred) or JavaScript
• Experience interfacing with relational / SQL-compliant databases
• Proficiency with Git version control for code (e.g., git, GitLab, GitHub)
• Ability to work directly with stakeholders, perform requirements gathering, and produce stakeholder / user-facing documentation
• Ability to work and troubleshoot independently and communicate proactively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Additional Relevant Skills:
