The ideal candidate will have a BSc in Computer Science, MS SQL certifications, and over 5 years of experience in supporting mission-critical systems. This role focuses on vendor management, continuous improvement, and effective stakeholder engagement, ensuring production systems meet required SLAs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a specialist application support position.
• Extensive experience in supporting core mission-critical systems.
• Experience working in a highly pressurised environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line operational technical support to JSE business critical applications.
• Manage vendors and cross functional teams to ensure timely task completion.
• Support and monitor systems to ensure accuracy and SLAs adherence.
