The ideal candidate will ensure contract compliance, manage service standards, and liaise directly with clients. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' FMS industry knowledge experience at management level.
• Focus on service solutions and strong people-management experience.
• Understanding of mining industry demands from an operational and health & safety perspective.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures.
• Conduct monthly audits for SLA compliance.
• Liaise with clients on installation and maintenance progress.
• Manage stock control and ordering.
• Oversee management of VMI team.
