Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in South Africa is seeking a candidate for an Occupational Hygiene Technician role. The successful candidate will be engaged in assessing health stressors in the mining sector. A National Diploma in a related field and 1-2 years of experience are required. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in occupational hygiene practice within the mining sector.
• Certified and registered at Assistant level with SAIOH.
• Driver license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative assessment of workers' exposure to health stressors.
• Perform exposure assessment fieldwork at the client's premises.
• Assist with the maintenance of OH instrumentation.
