Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of mining industry experience.
• Strong proficiency in troubleshooting all drill systems.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized support for Epiroc machine systems.
• Perform scheduled services and breakdown repairs.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships.
• Coach employees on equipment operation and repair.
• Conduct fault diagnosis and root cause analysis.
• Promote aftermarket services to customers.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis initiatives.
• Liaise with Product Company for product development.
• Assist with spare parts inquiries.
• Report issues affecting equipment performance.

Skills

Technical knowledge of Epiroc Surface Rotary Blasthole Drills

Advanced troubleshooting skills for Remote Control Systems (RCS)

Experience with Trimble High Precision GPS systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education

Grade 12 and a Trade Qualification (Millwright advantageous)
