You will
  • Supervise children aged 4 to 10 (MiniClub) and 11 to 17 (JuniorClub/Passworld) within the Resort
  • Organize and adapt activities and events according to age—sports, creative play, self‑expression and games
  • Lead Mini/JuniorClub events and activities together with your team
  • Implement actions to achieve the objectives defined by the Family Manager
  • Manage, motivate and support your teams to ensure development and performance both qualitatively and quantitatively
  • Ensure compliance with health, hygiene and safety standards across your team
You will be a GentleOrganizer (G.O)

As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.

Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
