Mine Technical Manager (Spare Part/Sales – Vibrating), West Rand, Rneg

10+ years in the mining industry, specialising in processing equipment, vibrating screens, crushers, feeders and other mineral handling machinery.

Experience & Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with spare parts management, supply chain or after‑market service.
• Technical knowledge of screening equipment and components.
• Experience in inventory management, vendor relations and logistics.
• Excel super‑user.

Key Responsibilities

• Management of the Spares and Services Department.
• Costing, quoting and processing of customer spare part requirements; drive repair and equipment refurbishment needs.
• Expediting sales orders; monitor collections and deliveries.
• Develop strategies to reduce client downtime via rapid spare part deployment.
• Oversee a team of technical and commercial staff (6 members).
• Service and support Sales Engineers (5 members).
• Manage the Field Services teams.
• Negotiate, implement and maintain Customer Supply Agreements.
• Equipment maintenance budgets and life cycle costing.
